At Down Under 4x4 Accessories we offer a 12 month manufacturers warranty on included products, for more information send an email.

To be eligible for a refund from Down Under 4x4 Accessories a receipt of your item is needed, the product purchased must meet the requirements of;
Be in the same condition when recieved, unused or unopened.
If your request of a return is accepted, a return shipping label will be sent to the address of the of the purchaser, including details on how to send the returned product back to us.
When a deposit is paid for a DUA 4x4 RoofTop tent, it is not refundable.
If an item is returned to us without a prior claim for a refund, the request will not be accepted.
